	Summary 15 days in the center part of Peru: From Lima we go directly to La Merced, a town located right in the center of the coffee plantation area of Peru. From here we start our excursion of Oxapampa and Villa Rica. Oxapampa was founded by Austrian and German immigrants facing lots of deprivations and setbacks, the town was almost isolated from the rest of the country until the mid 1950s'. Heading to Huanuco we stop at the Ruins of Kotosh and the moonstone Quillarumi. The next tour highlight is Tingo Maria, a town located within unique and breathtaking nature. From there we fly to Cusco, the former Inka capital, known as the "Navel of the World". A relaxing train journey brings you from the Sacred Valley to Machu Picchu, where you can enjoy one of the New World Wonders. Before flying back to Lima you will have some time for souvenir shopping in Cusco.
